We recently had the opportunity to create lifestyle images of Russell Hobbs’ beautiful home appliances. Established in 1952, Russell Hobbs is a British manufacturer of retro style household appliances that combine both functionality and design, making cooking so much more fun! Can you guess what we made with the food processor?
Staging for these images was relatively straight-forward. These retro home appliances already stand out on the countertops of a home kitchen! We shot this series around 9 a.m. to take advantage of the natural light coming into the home. We made the most of the natural light available to us to keep the warm vibe, but also used a light source in the back for an improved balance of light.
Using Russell Hobbs’ food processor, we made some fresh, scrumptious pesto sauce! Then, we used that to make a shrimp pesto pasta dish. YUM! It’s a healthy entrée that can truly be enjoyed year-round, regardless of where you live.
